Shopgate von G2 als Contender anerkannt - E-Commerce Grid Report 2024
Die Beschreibung des 2024er Grid Reports liest sich wie folgt:
"E-Commerce Development Companies Definition - E-commerce is the buying and selling of goods and services online. E-commerce development is the process of building these websites into online stores ready to handle floods of customers. These firms work to understand each client’s specific business objectives and select the best developers from their companies to meet customer needs. Developers analyze those needs, craft a design plan, establish web hosting, and then launch the online stores. With the online shopping experience expanding onto multiple channels, e-commerce software is necessary to ensure seamless integration. These tools include payment, subscription management and live chat."
Mit der Nennung als Contender erscheint Shopgate zum ersten Mal seit Firmengeschichte in einem G2 Grid Report. Und auch wenn wir uns selbst nicht als eCommerce Software, sondern als Omnichannel-Lösung verstehen, ist die Verbindung zu eCommerce natürlich nah und nachvollziehbar.
Zum ersten Mal im G2 Grid Report und schon Top 10
Mit dem 7. Platz im Ranking von G2 (von insgesamt 1.013 "E-Commerce Development Companies" sind wir mehr als glücklich.
Hätten wir auf diesem amerikanischen Rating-System (in Deutschland vergleichbar mit kununu oder OMR Reviews) mehr Stimmen gesammelt, hätte es vielleicht sogar zum Leader gereicht. Für unseren europäischen 
Markt aber natürlich wichtig(er), dass wir z.B. bei kununu entsprechend positiv bewertet sind.
